A very large turnout for the Granby 4th of July Parade and Celebration in Polhemus Park was a huge success. Over 2,000 people were estimated to be in attendance, and God blessed us with a beautiful and warm sunny day. The Grand County GOP had three floats in the parade, one for the county GOP, and one each for county commissioner candidates, Merrit Linke and Ed Raegner. Other GOP candidates were also included and advertised with spots in the parade for Dave Williams, Colorado 13th house district, and Marshall Dawson, US House 2nd district. A GCGOP booth was also manned at the Polhemus Park celebration, next to the stage, to attract people to our conservative principles, handouts, flyers, and petition lists.  Our thanks to all who participated in this successful event.
